Nurse - Hybrid

You will act as a clinical link between local healthcare providers and international medical teams, ensuring quality, continuity, and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support inpatient care throughout the hospital stay
• Ensure clinical quality and patient safety standards
• Produce structured, accurate medical reports in English
• Provide clear clinical updates to international stakeholders
• Coordinate safe discharge and continuity of care
• Support patients in understanding their diagnosis and treatment
• Support patients in navigating and understanding the German healthcare system.
• Provide bilingual support (German/English)
• Build and maintain professional relationships with providers
• Support provider reviews and quality assessments
• Contribute to maintaining high clinical standards

Registered Nurse (Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' bedside experience in a hospital (inpatient care / stationäre Akutpflege essential)
• Active registration to practice in Germany
• Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level in both)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured, accountable, and able to work independently
• Confident with digital systems and documentation
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
