im Tagdienst und Nachtdienst

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft
• Freude an der Pflege und Betreuung
• Einfühlungsvermögen für den Umgang mit älteren Menschen
• Ein Teamplayer der flexibel und zuverlässig ist

Das sind

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege nach aktuellem wissenschaftlichen Standards
• Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen
• Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation (EDV gestützt) und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses
• Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
• Professionelle Kommunikation mit unseren Bewohnern, Angehörigen und anderen Berufsgruppen (Ärzte)

on day and night shifts

What you’ll bring:

• A completed nursing qualification
• A passion for nursing and care
• Empathy when working with older people
• A team player who is flexible and reliable
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing professional basic and therapeutic care in accordance with current scientific standards
• Carrying out medically prescribed treatments
• Planning, implementing, documenting (using IT) and evaluating the care process
• Ensuring the quality of care and compliance with legal requirements
• Communicating professionally with our residents, their relatives and other professionals (doctors)
• Fluency in German of at least level B1
