We are currently looking for a dedicated Pflegefachkraft / Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) to join our team in Nürnberg as a Near Patient Nurse.In this hybrid role, you will provide professional nursing care and support to eligible beneficiaries in the region.

The position involves regional travel to patient locations as required by operational needs, combined with flexible working arrangements. A key feature of this opportunity is that it involves no night shifts, allowing for a balanced schedule. Your core responsibilities in this role typically include:

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care and health support to eligible beneficiaries
• Conducting necessary home or regional visits as part of the near-patient care model
• Coordinating healthcare services and communicating effectively with patients, families, and local medical providers
• Maintaining accurate medical documentation and adhering to professional standards, internal policies, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborating within an international, multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care deliveryWe are looking for a qualified professional who brings relevant clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Fluency in German and English is expected to effectively communicate within our international environment and with our diverse patient base.
