Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for residents in Zossen, implementing SIS and Maßnahmenplanung.
• Lead apprentices and staff in caring tasks, ensuring quality of care.
• Contribute ideas to the development of nursing processes.
• Collaborate with the ProCurand Campus gGmbH as part of the training team.

Qualifications

• Completed nursing qualification (Pflegefachkraft, Pflegefachperson, Gesundheits‑ und Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger) with state exam.
• Additional qualification as Praxisanleiter or Ausbildungsbeauftragter.
• Experience in nursing and in instructing apprentices or staff.
• Engaged, positive attitude and ability to implement measures and provide constructive feedback.
