Private Nurse — Long-Term Family Placement — Dubai

A private family in Dubai is offering a permanent, long-term placement to a UK & European-trained Private Nurse.

The role is one-to-one paediatric nursing at home: rapid response, care plans and teaching young patients to cope with long-term conditions.

Their summer is spent in Switzerland, away from the heat, and you travel with them to keep plans and medication in order.

You will work closely with school staff and the family's specialists.

Requirements

Registered nurse status in the UK or Europe is required.

You have 2+ years of nursing experience since registration, ideally in paediatrics.

Paediatric emergency response and long-term condition care are core skills.

You explain things simply in English and are good with young patients.

We contact a paediatric referee before introduction.

Benefits

Remuneration starts from €5,000 a month, gross.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

The family pays for accommodation within the residence and travel.

Leave is agreed around the school year.

You are hired by the family on a direct contract.

Medical insurance is covered; professional indemnity insurance is not included.

Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
